Business Process Management BPM

BPM software consist of tools that design, execute and monitor business processes from start to end by connecting people to people, applications to applications and people to applications.

CoreBPM is a subsystem that is used to fully automate business processes and supports both serial and parallel (concurrent) flows.

Maximum durations are defined for processes and activities; warnings are delivered for exceeding cases. It is also possible to insert different workflow parts for duration timeouts.

Processes have variables which are mostly set to data which is entered into invoked core banking screens or returned when the screens are executed. Process variable values for an activity can be used in other activities which results in efficiency in terms of less data entry by the users as well as data accuracy.

Conditions can be used in activity transitions and system also provides user messaging mechanism without affecting process flows. CoreBPM has built-in rule engine and processes can be branched on defined rules. Documents can also be attached to processes during their lifecycle.
