Employment Process

To include tomorrow’s leaders in our team is among our priorities. We wish to bring people to positions where they can improve the most, take over additional responsibilities and develop themselves in an analytical and solution-oriented manner, with a team spirit.

The employment process; IBTECH is aware of the importance of the performance and qualifications of its team, and follows a careful and exacting employment procedure to place the right candidates in the right positions. The applications are first accepted over the Internet. After the initial screening over the system, the initial interviews are conducted by the Human Resources Department. Follow-up interviews with successful candidates are conducted by the manager of the relevant department, and if the result is positive, the employment process starts.

During April-July each year, IBTECH organizes career days for universities. Students from various universities are invited to learn about the company, and they also have the opportunity to do job interviews with the managers.
